- use of the American dollar like exclusive currency of legal course in all the national territory.
The Panamanian laws for permanent residence as investor were changed recently:
- the person must do one investment at least $160 000,00 and the company must have five Panamanian employees at least.
- opening of account of fixed term by $300 000,00 by three years.
- investment of real estate by $300 000.00
Spent five years to receive the residence as investor can receive the Panamanian passport that allows him to travel to 45 countries with no need of visa.
